Jeff earned his law degree at the Baylor University School of Law and has been resolving commercial disputes for 15 years. Mr. Heck focuses on matters involving the energy and oil and gas industries. Through mediation, and trial, Mr. Heck has resolved disputes concerning a wide variety of oil and gas related matters such as condemnation, environmental damages, surface damages, title disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, lease termination, royalty calculation, and various oil and gas contract disputes.
