Kenneth Shore and Vance Freeman are native East Texans who have diverse legal backgrounds practicing various areas of law in large and small legal markets throughout Texas. While their practice focuses mainly on oil & gas matters, real estate transactions, and complex commercial litigation, Kenneth and Vance’s diverse legal background enables them to provide a full range of services to their clients.
Kenneth Shore has represented various types of entities in the oil & gas industry and handled complex commercial litigation involving intellectual property, class action lawsuits, labor & employment, securities, breach of contract, and negligence. In addition, Kenneth is a CPA who draws upon his experience as CFO and General Counsel of an energy service company to assist Shore Freeman Mills’ clients in all aspects of business development from the initial stages of choosing a business entity to merging with or acquiring other businesses.
Vance Freeman represents a variety of foreign and domestic businesses and individuals in commercial, employment, and personal injury litigation matters across the state of Texas and in out-of-state federal court actions. His practice area focuses on the defense and prosecution of complex civil trial and appellate litigation. Mr. Freeman also engages, coordinates, and manages out-of-state law firms on behalf of Shore Freeman Mills PC clients to ensure seamless communication and accountability through all aspects of the litigation process.
