Shore Freeman Mills PC represented Onyx Midstream, LP, a Texas intrastate gas transportation and pipeline business in partnership and limited liability company reorganization and the negotiation and finalization of two new credit facilities – a twenty million dollar senior secured term loan from Park Cities Bank, with headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and a forty million dollar second lien secured term loan from Macquarie Bank Limited, with offices in Houston, Texas and headquarters in Sidney, Australia. Funds from the loans were used to complete the reorganization and the construction of pipelines to service two Nueces County, Texas power plants, and for general corporate purposes. Gary C. Johnson led a team of lawyers, paralegals, including Vance Freeman, Miles Darby, Matthew Wolcott and Keitha Ewing, in completing the reorganization and financings over a three month period. Park Cities Bank was represented by Winstead PC’s Dallas office, led by Daniel F. Susie, and Macquarie Bank Limited was represented by Greenberg Traurig PC’s in Houston office, led by Christi D. Quinn.
