Shore Freeman Mills wins trial verdict in favor of minority working interests owners. Attorneys Vance Freeman, Brent Bull, and Brian Bunt successfully represented minority working interest owners in district court in Gregg County against an operator who refused to assign the investors their working interests. After a week-long trial, the court awarded Plaintiffs their working interests, past damages, and attorneys fees and appointed a receiver to oversee the finances as a result of the operator’s breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and partnership.
